We Provide A 3 Hour Party for Ages 4+ Including:

• 1 Hour Dance Class (Style Of Your Choice)
• Pizza (2 Slices Per Child), Chips, Water & Soda
• Time To Open Presents
• Time For Freeze Dance And Other Party Games
• Goodie Bag For Each Guest

* Important Note * :

Posted cost is for parties up to 10 children. There is a $15 fee for each additional child (age 3+) up to a maximum of 20 children. Infants and supervising adults attend for free and are not included in the maximum count. *

Parents/Guardians are responsible for:

• Inviting guests to your party
• Providing HCDC with a final number of guests one week in advance of the party
• Providing any extra/themed decorations, paper goods, utensils, and table coverings
• Cake and any additional food/extras (we do have a fridge and freezer available)
• Collecting all emergency contact telephone numbers for children attending the party & having waivers signed by all parents of participating guests.
• Attending to medical or allergic emergencies of guests
• Arriving and departing on time

Booking Information:

Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Half payment is required to hold your reservation. Full payment must be received by the day of the party.
Please notify the HCDC staff of cancellations at least 7 days prior to the scheduled party or your payment may be forfeited. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will not be reimbursed. Make Checks Payable to Holy City Dance Center
